IVECO to supply Czech Republic company Transbozen with fleet of S-Way LNG trucks

IVECO is going to supply 20 IVECO S-Way NP LNG trucks to the Czech company based in South Bohemia, Transbozen spol s r. o. – one of the most innovative and successful logistics companies in Europe that, in order to fulfill customers transport wishes to utmost satisfaction, is crossing European borders starting from the Czech Republic: national borders, language borders and borders of the possible!

Quality and competence go hand in hand with customized and target-oriented transports of fresh and refrigerated foodstuffs, and guaranteed customized delivery: flexible, regularly fresh and punctual. The decision of Transbozen to start the conversion of its fleet to alternative fuel vehicles is driven by the company’s deep concern for the environment and its commitment to making e a tangible contribution to the achievement of the goals set by the European Union, and also due to the increasingly stringent demands of large retailers to decarbonize the transport solutions. Decarbonization is improved also thanks to the specific investments that Transbozen is doing in developing a BIO-GAS generation plant that will ensure a perfect circular economy with no environmental impact. The IVECO S-Way LNG vehicles were the ntaural choice for Transbozen spol s r. o., which has found in these heavy-duty trucks the environmental and economic sustainability – and, crucially, the high performance – that it requires. These vehicles feature technology that has been expressly designed to achieve a significant reduction in fuel consumption and pollution – bringing NO2 down by 90% and PM down by 95%, as well as slashing CO2 emissions by 95% compared to their diesel equivalents when biomethane is used.
